1. Preamble

We the people of Light Warrior’s nation, will stand proud and protect the citizens of Club Penguin. We have established this nation as one. We are all an army at all times. We shall NOT betray this army.  We would like the peace and liberty among ourselves. We must not look vulnerable against others. We must fight and defend Club Penguin.

3. Laws

1. Do NOT swear hack among other team members. If you do, Lightning892 will automatically kick you out of the team. You can’t resign as a member again.

2. Be loyal to all team members. Loyal is an important law that ALL members MUST follow.

3. DO NOT join other teams. If Lightning892 finds out that you have been betraying the team, you’re automatically out of the team. You can’t resign as a member again.

Federal Laws

4. Support the team. To be a member, SUPPORT really makes us a strong group in Club Penguin.

1. Vice President HAS to change after four years.

2. Vice President is voted by the Senate.

3. Candidates running for Vice President MUST be a CP Member.

4. All team members have the right vote for VP. (After all members vote,  the votes are sent to the Senate.)

5. House of  Warriors decides to impeach Vice President . House of Warriors and the Senate makes laws.

6. If a candidate running for VP was banned in Club Penguin, they can’t be Vice President.

7. Each branch SHALL NOT over power another branch. (Checks & Balances)

8. EVERY member MUST attend meetings. (If you really can’t come to a meeting, please talk to Lightning892)

9.  The Governor has the right to limit the powers of a branch.

10. The President has the right to sign a bill.

11. The Governor HAS to change after 2 years. (Governor may NOT resign.)

12. Members must NOT gain to much power.

13. Members may also give ideas for new laws. (If the ENTIRE House of Warriors agree.)

4. Legislative Branch:

The Legislative Branch has two houses. The House Of Warriors (lower house) and the Senate (upper house). This branch has the power to make new laws. This branch first hears from the members. If both the House and Senate agrees,  it is sent to the Executive Branch.

Members for this Branch: 10 needed.

5. Executive Branch:

The Executive Branch has one main job. It carries out the laws. The president, Lightning892 has the power to sign a bill which becomes a law. If the president refuses to sign the bill, it gets VETOED.

6. Judicial Branch:

The Judicial Branch has a main job. It explain what the bill means. If the Judicial Branch doesn’t have a definition of the bill, the bill will DIE.
